Build order: Oracle, Zeus, COA, CDM, OBS, Traz, ToR, Arc, CC, HS, CF, Kraken, AO, TA., HC. These are the essentials.
The Oracle is only temporary to get you through the point where you have enough happiness to delete it. Otherwise, your tiny city will be half culture and decorations.
The combat GBs need to be close to 10 while you are leveling your arc, The Traz is good at L5 until you finish the Arc.
Right out are ToB, Collos, NoBigDeal Castle, SMB, Notre Dame, FoD, Cap, Habitat, Space Needle, IT, Voyager, Virgo Project, Gaia
If you have TOO much space and need to fill it, there are LoA, RAH, Seed vault, Blue Galaxy, Space Carrier, Atlantic Mus,
