[Question] Will Historical Questlines be repeated annually?

I ask because I just joined the game in October and therefore missed out on some fun stuff. I'm particularly enchanted by Aviaries, which I just missed by a month. Bummer! So I'm hoping Sisi will be repeated next September so I can have a chance at getting an Aviary, too? C'est possible?

They do not normally repeat historical quests. But often special buildings like the aviary will be available at the big special events, like the winter or summer events.
