So,
You can't polish or motivate OTHER players Winter Trains (WT). Which seems illogical as you can do as such with the Train Cars.
You can polish YOUR OWN (WT) with Self-Aid Kit but new players don't have a lot of those and WT would get all kind of dirty which would lead to nasty bacteria, diseases, plaque and we all going to die)
The Q - is it done so intentionally or just a minor glitch?
