My proposal: Create a place to post on such as the world billboard.
Why: Most of the time players post in global ads or recruitment or goods selling. As new worlds come global usually gets very active. With having a billboard This will allow those players/guilds to post their Ads such as Selling ARC/TRAZ etc. goods please contact me -or- Looking for guild members ... etc. -or- Seeking prints for.. -or- looking for swap partners etc. it can go on with ideal Ads from players.
INNO can: INNO can also use this idea in their new 19.99 offer with the gold frame around there allowed to post on billboard for free until expire or charge diamonds to use billboard ad for how long it will run. we can say an AD can stay posted for 1week - month
Closing: All and all instead of of asking around the entire world where to find who to go to for this or that or trying to run their ad in global they might just take a look at the ads posted or post their own ad on the world billboard and find there.
