Hello,
I'm using the Brave browser and found the data files that get placed in the cache when FoE opens.
Questions:
What is the name of the background file?
What format is the file in? (.jpg, .png etc?)
If I edit it and each time I play the game, replace the downloaded file with my edited one, will the game load it, or is it looking for other things beyond the file name?
My plan is to use a filter that lowers the green and increase red in pixels above a certain combined RGB level, and for certain pixels with high green to red and blue ratio (but above a certain RGB threshold to keep the evergreen), to drop the green and blue considerably and replace it with red. I think this should turn the deciduous trees redish. It worse comes to worse, I'll hand paint some.
I know no other players will see the background like I will, but I can send it to people who ask with instructions on how to load.
