Is that for real?

I thought the OP could edit their submission to bring it in line with the standards too. Am I wrong?

I have checked further that sub-forum. I think I do understand that it is just a processing format. Idea can be discussed just not at "Submitted" stage, right?

Right. Ideas can only be discussed in the "Ideas" section.
