i have financially supported this game for over a year and I've been happy to do so. Imagine my surprise when for the first time I needed there help and they completely blew me off.
Yesterday, I had 450 stars. Most having been purchased with an $80 package of diamonds. I decided to try and get a Reno kit yesterday. I know this is going to sound impossible to most of you but I have no reason to lie. When I had nearly completed clearing all of the presents, I would get a shuffle and have to start over again. This happened 8 times in a row people! Four of those times, I got the shuffle IMMEDIATELY after getting the double payout icon. So for the four timesI got the double payout, I got nothing because if you get a shuffle, you not only lose the double payout but you also have to start over.
I put a ticket in and they told me that it's was just bad luck. Do you know what the odds of that happening are? Even so, why should the player get nothing when they get a double payout? I went from 450 stars to 180 and nothing to show for it. Good job Inno.
