Allow 1 hour quicker GB and special building collection

It would be nice to have a 1 hour quicker collection timer for GB's and special buildings. Here is my reasoning:

I collect(and i'm sure some also do)before i go to bed and after collection all and re distributing new timers i keep falling further and further behind in time, so i have to either 1) skip a day of collection to get back to normal time before bed or 2) stay up later...........I dont want to do the later anymore so here is my proposal.

For FP or Diamonds(lets say 100fp or 50 diamonds) you can collect an hour or 2 or 3 earlier then the 24 hour timer and everytime you want to do this again it will go up to say 150fp or 60 diamonds, and keep going up everytime you use it.

There are some discussions on other servers about 23hr setup (similar to other inno's games), one can only hope that someday Inno will do it in FOE as well.
