I'm blocked from selling culture bldg. Reloaded game twice, still no luck. Is this a support issue?

What do you mean by blocked? Can you sell other buildings? Is it a diamond building? those usually require you to check a box to say you really want to sell them because you get nothing back for them.

"new member" has to do with your forum activity, not your game activity.

For example me and Dominator are both "active members," which is above just "member," and wolf is a "well-known member" which is the highest position.

Yes, I can sell others. To get rid of it, I used a store bldg & dumped it in Antiques Market. I don't get msg saying I can't sell, it won't accept my telling it yes when it prompts for, 'Are you sure you want to sell' whatever. This has happened before
