Not sure what it is you are looking for. Lets face it your command of the English language is atricious. Maybe it's because I am using a samsung tablet and the chrome browser does not display the page properly.
Once again as you have in the past, you messed up.
I suggest you concentrate on fixing the bugs and tweaking the algorithm in the game to make the game a fair playing field.
Oh and 1 more thing. How about answering tickets within the 24 hours period as you claim to be doing. On some of My tickets it takes you weeks to resolve an issue, and usually it's. Sorry nothing we can do. Or we don't compensate for minor bugs even though you admit the bug exist in the Banner page. (I never knew that minor bugs get banner page headlines. I guess for a major bug you would take out an ad in the new york times on their first page, or maybe hold a news coference with CNN)
