Still say the pawn shop, do a type of coin similar to tavern silver give each item a value then players "pawn" items and use that coin to buy something they actually want instead of say those 35 faces of the ancients that are collecting dust waiting to be deleted. Diamond mine that generates a small amount of gems per day also sounds good. Maybe add a new tab in the market to allow people to trade blue prints, or put in your city hall so trades can only be thru guild members.
