Current age of all buildings in ones city

Unfortunately you have to hover over each build individual if they are special event buildings. The ones from the tech tree you could probably identify easily enough by their design/shape if you review your build menu. If you have a one up kit or a renovation kit you could start to use it and all of the buildings that can be leveled up by them would be marked so you could at least eliminate the special event buildings from your era. Unfortunately once you abort the use (or use it) you can't see them all any more.
