Good question. It would depend on whether that % holds for the entire player base (or reasonably close), and then how much it cost them to develop Forge Plus. At 1%, that would be $30k every 4 weeks for every 100k players. (Okay, only $29,990, but still.) I have no clue as to the development cost of any game feature, but I would imagine that it wouldn't take too many 4 week periods at $30k to pay for this one.
