[Question] GE cost per player?

Hi. I'd like to know what the per player cost is for a guild to open the GE levels. Also, Age costs for the levels. I've asked this in the guilds I'm in, but have not gotten a definitive reply. I want to make sure I'm donating my fair share if needed. Apologies if this has been gone over already, it's just I'm getting tired of getting lost in the forum threads/wikis without finding info I'm looking for.
