There are a few achievements that you can look at your city. Including (IIRC):
How many maps of GE you did.
How many GE4 you did.

I couldn't find a proper place that I could ask this question. If your guild doesn't do GvG does donating medals to guild treasury provide a benefit?

No, medals in the guild treasury can only be used on the AA GvG map.
