How do I donate goods to my guild treasury?

Lower left corner in the city screen.

Global >> Your Guild >> Treasury

Then donate.

Note that you can not donate Bronze Era Goods.

To add, it is also possible to donate Medals. They are at the very bottom of the list, so you'll have to do a bit of scrolling. Furthermore, on PC, you can also see a list of all the recent contributions, whether manually or by collecting from GBs.
