I'm still gonna classify it as a Luxury Great Building.
It's a floor-space hog and won't really shine until the upper eras.
But when you do have it, after the essentials are in place and leveled nicely...

Agreed, I'm actually glad I waited till PME to plant it. Wouldn't have been worth it all that much in previous eras.

It's a definite keeper. Also, the percentages tend to go up pretty quickly. It doubles collections at Level 7?? I believe. Nice when you see those diamonds come in and you know you got twice as many as you were supposed to get. Goods are awesome too. And not only recurring quests but contest quests give boatloads of great stuff and it all doubles except troops and FP's.

Yesterday, it was leveled twice before my eyes.
I watched about twenty thousand Forge Points go into that G.B.
