If you're really ragequitting, just delete your production buildings while leaving all defensive boosters and your toughest 8 man defense. That way the "griefers" will lose units when attacking your town, but gain nothing from it as there will be nothing to plunder.

Simply delete the road connecting the building and town hall (one section will do) this way it won't produce but looks finished.
