Level up to Iron?

I think I am ready to level up from Bronze to Iron. I have built an inventory of goods, gold and supplies. Have worked on GBs. Think I can get most of the way thru Iron from the start.

Iron is a nice camping age. Use Ballistas when you fight. They will wipe out basically anything against them.

You don't really need to camp in Bronze Age. There's so many buildings that provide previous Age goods these days at a higher quantity than what you could get through camping in Bronze Age

Move to Iron Age.... I spent a year there and have never regretted it.

BA is little more than a tutorial. There's no reason to stay in it any longer than it takes to get the Statue of Zeus.

Yeah, just go into Iron Age. You could stay in your current era, but be limited in gameplay on your city.
