Sure. But only after countries agreed to it and that doesn't stop there from being refugees coming out of war torn countries. Does the Geneva Convention say anything about what the owner can do to their own property?

Ever hear of the Geneva Convention? Yes, even war has rules. I guess you would promote torture, nerve gas, biological weapons, and genocide.

... This is a game and not RL.. You are blowing up stuff all the time, looting hoods etc etc... look the the animations when stuff get killed. Poor Spearmen get killed by all kinds of stuff...
