Do you know anything about this? I do not, I'll say up front. I think it's the only building that has a "suggested by" qualifier, I bet that you're right in that it was suggested on beta. Sometimes they make a good conversation starter, if you don't like it don't read em

You can see something similar on Frontenac, but all those came from contests. Not from spontaneous suggestions on any forum.

They never make it into the game. So, it doesn't really matter.

I don't know... that guy/gal who proposed the retched Shrine of Enlightenment seems to believe 100% guaranteed that it's only a matter of time before the devs see how awesome it is and since it got mostly yes votes, it's for sure on its way!

Even then, it was just the building itself. Like the Terracotta Army. Not the stats, boosts, or anything else. Just the building idea.
