I/We have learned many lessons from the past and we have high hopes for a bright future
We do have demands, but you will find we demand more of our leaders than we do our foot soldiers.
This is how it should be, with rank comes privilege, but also with rank comes responsibility.
The Ninth was indeed a Roman Legion, which means it had rules and it had structure, it had duty and it had honor.
We cannot succeed unless you succeed, and we understand that.
But do not take our desire to help you as weakness, it is a strength.
You will contribute to the Guild, that is written in stone, it is the Law.
Contributions are most notably by Great Buildings such as the Arc and the Observatory, we would love you to have an Atomium but that is an option you have.
More contributions are made through finishing levels in the Guild Expedition, we make allowances as to your participation by the age that you are at. GE however is not optional it is mandatory and we will be available to let you know our expectations.
Guild battlegrounds are also a way to contribute to the Guild and again, there is no option it is mandatory, but again we will go by the age you are at.
Learn how to message it is mandatory, communication is extremely important.
We do not tolerate insubordination, cursing members or lying, but we will address any issue(s) that you present in a courteous manner.

We need all ages, we welcome all ages, we have no bias nor do we have any bigotry, and we tolerate neither.
We have no issue with laughing and joking. we ask you keep it clean and free of any of todays "Ism's"
We are fair and we are tolerant, but we are also intelligent, those that poop in our own front yard will be kicked.
