in the bottom right of the festival. There'll be a price tag you have to raise (1M for the first town, 8.4Q for subsequent towns).

DO NOT COMPLETE ALL TASKS EVER , The ending tasks are there to drain away all your time. The 3 buildings are the most important Factory loading dock , Shipping and Festival. The factories supply the goods to keep shipping from emptying completely. The festival should be at 300 and no higher by the time you are finished the city. . The shipping should be at 300 as well. Level out the factories enough so that Shipping doesn't drain the three crates in your city to zero ever. Make sure that your factories put out enough goods. Ditto for the three crates below the festival manager. You finish the city by clicking on continue at the bottom of the city once you save up 8.49 Q shamrocks.

There are a few over the top Q's for each set of tasks, it's pretty obvious which should be skipped. The best I do is 34 Q's, the lowest is 32.

Should skip a few of the ones that ask you to upgrade managers-it becomes a waste of pots of gold for the last couple/few-also you often get ones that ask you to do say 200/250 upgrades that would cost way more than the 8.4Q to even go to the next town-a couple other ones are not worth doing if they take too long after you have ship and festival at 300 and fireworks at 50
