There are no boats in Mughal. Those were in the Egyptian Settlement. I think there are a few in the Polynesian Settlement too.

actually doing Japanese now-just saying that I find Egypt settlement very irritating though.

Round 3 myself.
I have said it before but it bears repeating, "I like the cultural settlements venues even before the boosts". I know when I started playing most of the foe old heads told me everything but the Yggdrasil was a waste of time. Being thick headed I went ahead and got started on them anyways and found I just liked picking away at them here and there over time. I can say that when I finished the Viking line I felt like I had really done something!
I do wish foe would do something about updating the timed rewards however.

I don't think they will. You can get as many as you want and that may introduce the most heinous kind of power creep. The kind that Inno makes no money off of. I don't think it will ever happen.
