Submitted Rearrange Land Expansions in Reconstruction Mode

I'd like to be able to move them about. I've gotten to later ages and have stupid parts jutting out of multiple sides because there were no other spaces available at the time, but now I could make those much more uniform and function instead of being an annoying tumor on the side of my city.

No. You have to think about where the expansion goes before you place it

I would have to say NO, but I like the idea as I love to redo my city. You pick your expansion when you place it. Being more decisive might work or play more with your layout. So far I have had no problems coming up with enough of an imagination to conquer what I need to achieve.
Let not overwhelm the programmers with our regrets of misplacing a expansion.
