Dear INNO and CMT.
First thing this morning I see a popup titled 'Save your city'.
My initial thought is why does my city need saving? Is there something wrong? Did I do something wrong? Is INNO making some some change to the game such that my city is in danger of being deleted?
Read the message and it's some sort of email opt in for marketing purposes?
Threaten my city for marketing purposes? Do I need to sign up for email marketing spam to keep playing?
No warning, no communications, five plus years of playing and now you send me something like this?
Your support system is supposedly overwhelmed with support tickets and you send out ambiguous threats to add to the load?
What is wrong with you people?
I'd appreciate like hell if you folks take the few minutes needed to review and correct such threats, err, I mean, offers before needlessly scaring the hell out of me in the morning.
