The deal is done when you donated the fp and he gave him the goods, whatever happen after that is not part of the deal. You don't need to pay him any extra fp. It is the owner job to make sure you get the least desirable prize or no prize in his GB, if he is fail to do that, it is not your fault. When you walk into a goods deal, don't expect any prize there or you will be very disappointed. The owner of the GB have to foreseen or set it up so that you can't lock any good prize.
