Treasury Donation Threads

Do any Guilds/Treasurers out there have a sample of the standard message they use to start the thread for members to self-report donations to the Guild Treasury that they would like to share?

How often do you refresh the donation threads & how do you keep track of the reported donations vs actual goods?

Sorry I can't help you. I wasted a lot of time last year trying to track Guild Donations. 9 months ago I realized the best way for my guild was to ask when we needed Goods. Not sure that would work in another guild, but am thankful no one has to spend the time tracking.
