What happens when a Guild is dissolved?

What happens to all the goods in the guild inventory when it gets dissolved? I can't seem to find the answer by search. Thanks.

Last remaining member does in a way, since they can control the use of the treasury solely for their own personal desires within the established rules on guild goods.
