Hi there.
OK, so I did a quick search on the web and I couldn't find a single reference to premium buildings. That's not a problem but I'd like to know what's so special about premium buildings. Sure they make people happy, they look really good and are required to complete some quests, especially early on. But what they produce is not a necessity in my book (oh, and did I fail to mention that Palaces produce nothing?). What is more of a necessity on a daily basis are residential and production buildings. So I don't understand when you want to sell a premium building to make room for a more productive one you get a warning to the effect that it's a holy building and you will get nothing back plus you will lose a ton of happiness. But if you're already bursting with happiness wouldn't its sale be just another renovation?
