They are bats. Maybe they have something to do with the Halloween Event that's running?

I thought they were ravens too until I zoomed way in. The bat's wings look like they are feathered at normal resolution, but it is supposed be the semi-transparent skin of the wings.
The bats are part of the current Halloween event. They will go away after it is over.
