When they come up as a prize on the winter event there will be a flurry of them appearing all at higher ages and should therefore have more chance of being motivated.
I'm in Colonial and have 4 Hofs producing just 20 stars each when motivated - be nice to get something a bit more up to date.
Would also be good if there was a slight variation in the look of the Hof dependent on age.
