Christmas themed goods building, that produces special good(s) for that event which are used to get rewards or work with the event mechanic. For example 1x1 christmas tree that produces gifts. Of course the building shoud be temporary. In the other words - new interesting game mechanic.
Special otherwise unreachable expansion area which is used to build a temporary christmas city - tons of options here, imagine the possibilities.
