This is something for fun and to get people together on this, but I wasn't sure to post here or in the Game Room. I finally decided here.
This post is sorta-like a game where players post replies on a certain era and feature it's technological timeline, wars, events and more.
Example:
So I post the Stone Age timeline era. After that, the first reply is to center around the Bronze Age, and another reply focuses on Iron Ages, and so on. An era cannot be done twice unless it dosent follow rules.
Rules:
1. Do not do an era twice(already mentioned above).
2. Include technological highlights, wars, political events(like conflicts and arguments between leaderships found in Main stories).
3. You can choose to be peaceful or fight certain kingdoms when building up your era story. These do not have affects later on, I wish I could but it would be too confusing
4. Also include the setting.

I start first.
-=STONE AGE=-
Description: Wilderness stretches across the northeast plains of where the city would be later on. Animals roamed and wildlife bloomed. Soon, humans appeared in this area just before the Bronze Ages, somewhere at 5000-3500 B.C. The Town Hall would be established on a large hill accessible by a rocky stairway and the City came to be. Huts, hunters and more appeared.
Era Technological Timeline: The primitive community was the first tribe in the City area, unknown to the other kingdoms. As more humans moved in and primal technology slowly developed, hunters began making products and people built huts and enjoyed seeing all the plants, keeping them with a smile.
Wars: No wars happened during the Stone Ages, other than the fight against deadly animals in the City area to keep villagers safe. Unknowst to you and your people, there are other civilizations across the world fighting or trading for glory. (When you make up the era timeline you can choose to negotiate or fight in era provinces and you also choose the goods deposits for the provinces you get.
Other Events: Things such as guild fighting(dont use real FoE guilds make up your own) and let them fight, as well as disasters, political events, and bonus provinces.
REMEMBER ALL guild fighting is to take place outside the Old World, so until Colonial Age you can't make your city fight other guilds

One last thing... be sure to know the questlines you did for older eras for accurate era information.

Well this is kinda abandoned, I figure ill post one for the Iron Ages.
Description: The several wars to take down the small states north of the player's area are over, the foundation of what will be your great empire, is built. They now control two good deposits, some treasuries and more land for the capital area. After Romans visited the Old World(pretty much close to the Iberian Peninsula) the player's civilization has decided to learn from the Romans technology and architecture.

Technologies: After the Romans discovered the Old World, peaceful and better relations were formed with the player's civilization from south along the coast, stil lroaming with small states and indigenous tribes. Roof tile houses, villas and cottages began to replace chalets, stilt houses and huts. New methods of food production, aswell as hygiene, mathematics, etc. The players civilization would also become aware of advanced methods of crafting goods from their basic ones, aswell as a new metal, Iron, better than Bronze, which was extremely useful for weapons, shields and tools, greatly inspired the main civilization to try and search for it.

Wars: After you sent a scout team north of Hymir, you quickly become aware of a empire larger than you ruled by the great Hasdrubal Barkas. After you both become known of eachother, you learn of a map just showing how vast his empire his, almost up the northwest corner of the Old World and separated
by a large river. You both become friends, trading goods, establishing trade lines by water, etc. Both of your civilizations go along well, after many negotiations for some additional land, specifically, the areas of Badakus and Paruuch, in which your scouts found an undiscovered huge iron reserve
there, which was the metal your civilization has been looking for. Eventually, relations go along so well, that Hasdrubal Barkas begins talks about a possible union.

At first talks went well, but then talks began to broke down eventually as Hasdrubal Barkas became more hungry for power and control as he demanded leadership of the new union. Conflicts begin with border clashes, and then to all-out war between each other. Thankfully, the new supply of iron has helped you make better weapons and military equipment, giving you a better fighting chance.

Ruug was easily taken due to a better frontline position. Passing the river was more difficult, but eventually after better strategic tactics from the Romans, armies broke into East-Nagach and opened a two and later on three front battlefield. East Nagach became a standstill split in the center half, Karchagu was surrounded and their divisions barely escaped into the mountains, and the riverside in West Nagach has been taken over. It as at this time that the civilization became aware of a large army with war elephants, despite this, the war goes on. Slowly, Hasdrubal's defence lines crumble in Nagach, and eventually he was forced back to his heavily fortified area and capital, Maktaba. However, Hasdrubal would later reveal years later that he had managed to get information from a monarchist civilization along the north coast, where they had managed to make catapult level technology past you and Hasdrubal's levels, allowing him to make fierce artillery units. Many tries at attempting to take over Maktaba, war reputation was beginning to shrink for the main civilization, but as the city and empire was reaching it's breaking point, the walls of Maktaba finally fell. Hasdrubal's Empire was no more after than a year-long siege at last. The war is over.

Other Events: idk lol

-=Late Middle Ages(circa 1250-1500/1492 A.D)=-

Description:
You have become the largest empire on the Old World Peninsula. Your monarchy continues to grow with ever growing living conditions, with
lower class people even getting access to brick homes, and a more luxurious and re-organized royal life. You have ended a constant trade or war trouble between four brothers from their once glorious father who ruled all of the land the four brothers had. It was also around this time the Aristocracy ideals slowly came into the royal.

Technology: Beginning in the Mid-Late High Middle Ages, living conditions began to improve and continue to do so. New infrastructure has made trade routes more convenient and water reservoirs store plenty of water. Education was slowly starting to become a typical thing with the construction of academies, the printing press for books, and cartography, with improved maps of Europe, Africa and Asia every year. Military tactics and equipment are slowly modernizing more and operations become much more organized. New inventions and tools like the crane were making more complex products
easier to produce. People were finally leaving the Dark Ages as they entered a more prosperous society.

Wars: Despite the recent victories and improving armies of your great kingdom, you have heard of a large army assembling in the northeast(lands of
Catalonia). Your intelligence has heard of this for a while now, but it has now come to a level of great concern. Further scouting showed most of the land is ruled by the King of Godfrey Darkblood who had an advisor who has expertise as a wizard. Thankfully, a vassal under his rule, Sir Richard Dragonclaw, is vulernable to outsider plans. After proposing negotiations to acquire lands in the Cragshire area, and further peaceful meetings and negotiations, he marries a woman of royal blood from your court, and accepts an alliance. However, just four months later, the Great Fire of the Capital happens, causing terror and
chaos across the streets. It takes years to recover from this. Scouting and army building is intensified to prepare for an eventual attack to stop the actions of King Godefrey Darkblood.

Meanwhile, King Godefrey Darkblood was furious. He had heard of reports by his own intelligence that his vassal owned by Sir Richard Dragonclaw has married a woman of royal blood from the court of the player civilization. Along with him noticing that the vassal's lands are falling into the West Empire's hands, he threatens Sir Richard Dragonclaw to take back his land and become hostile to the larger empire. Sir Richard Dragonclaw refuses this, and after word gets back to your kingdom, you make out a deal to put Cragshire fully under your kingdom's protection.

By now, even Godefrey Darkblood and Sir Richard's legions were fighting small battles against eachother, but these battles progressively got larger. Even with all the supplies being provided to assist, Sir Richard was now losing and his remaining independent regions could fall soon. Three weeks later, groups of the player's army comes in to protect both the areas of Cuttingham and Eldenborough and subjugate them into the empire with Sir Dragon overlooking both areas. Your spies successfully managed to join the enemy army to receive information and break down morale, and scouts have located the area east of Cuttingham, directly in Darkblood territory. Meanwhile, another attack by the wizard is done, bringing a cold storm along with frequent lightning, however this seems to cause no severe damage.

King Darkblood now had enough. He rallies his large army, now with it's morale slowly but gradually crumbling. However, this was a large failure for the entire Darkblood regime as the spies launched a suprise attack, killing many enemy soldiers, and causing the others to desert the order. Enemy morale was now at an all time low. As King Darkblood was about to rally his last loyal troops, three large armies from both Sir Richard's areas and the player empire crushed all three areas surrounding Mount Killmore, a mountain city with a large castle housing the King Darkblood. However, scouting and later
attacking Mount Killmore proved to be a challenge due to it's suprisingly rough terrain and it's very strong defences.

However, a new breakthrough has just came in from the Capital academies. Military scientists managed to design a blueprint for an artillery unit model
that shot actual gunpowder in a "cannonball" and is capable of breaking even the "greatest" stone walls if fired well. This so-called "Cannon" was ordered to be produced as quick as possible to arrange an attack to raid Mount Killmore and end the Darkblood regime. Two months later, the first shipments came in at a storehouse at the Four Gallows area. More shipments arrived over the following months while player defences held. After those two months, the attack was made. Projectile weapons the King Godefrey Darkblood had never seen before slowly came close before the hills with the fortifications.
To his horror, the walls were destroyed in a matter of half an hour just from these projectiles, before groups of soldiers rushed they way up mountain
dirt pathways.

During the last hours, the advisory wizard was assassinated before he could summon ancient demons, and the castle fell under siege. The regime may have fallen, but King Darkblood is nowhere to be seen. For now, danger is cleared for the empire.

Other Events: Scouts report two new regions to the south and southeast. Scouts have begun to look at these areas.
(to be honest i dont really care about this anymore, put anything here that dosent really care about story-related things)
