1. Statue at the top of the Dome of the Capitol is missing
2. Person standing on Curb in front of statue in front of capitol is missing

The first difference I see is at the top of the capital building the first has a statue and the second doesnot. Also, here is a woman beside and behind the train car in the first and not the second
