I see 6 differences. A person in the distance standing in front of the fountain and a woman in a red coat the right foreground are both missing in the second shot. Also, 3 smokestacks on the left rear building have no smoke in the second shot. The domed building in the distance is missing it''s top ornament and the streetlamp on the left side of the street is missing the decorative ball on top in the second shot. Overall, the second shot is more faded.
