This has been missing the entire time I've been on this world (Brisgard). At first I thought it would show after I aged up a few times, but it has not. Any ideas?

That looks like a corrupt cache error , clear your cache and restart you browser

Go to settings and check the "activate" highlighting of Unattached Units.
