What a GARBAGE Black Friday event! I said to my guildmates yesterday that this event would suck and be just another money grab to feed the devs insatiable greed that has become too much over the last year. And lo and behold, it does suck! This game has turned into something worse than a crooked shady casino. Events where it is impossible to get all the ridiculous upgrades for the event buildings and now stupid mystery chests that give garbage BPs!!! Are you freaking kidding me Inno, 500 diamonds for stupid mystery chests and you give people something they already get in BPs?!?!? People need to send a message to this shady crooked devs that we are not gonna stand for their insatiable greed anymore.
Stop buying diamonds. Don't participate in these rip off "special days" they say are for us but really they are to screw us out of money, give us garbage prizes and line their greedy pockets. Just create a few diamond mining cities. I play four worlds and average 5-600 diamonds per week. And start to boycott these ridiculous events where they put an impossible amount of upgrades that cannot be obtained without spending MASSIVE amounts of diamonds. Remember, the people, us, have the power, not these greedy devs and their insatiable greed! Without us, they have nothing, no game, no money and no jobs.

Of course it will never happen. That would mean the devs actually cared about the people who play their game, which they don't. All they seem to care about these days is lining their greedy pockets.

@dedley the great this game has a button that when you press it it logs you off, you can just press that button and be done with Inno forever.

Yeah, I also just fully upgraded my Tholos at last in both cities. I’ve been grinding diamonds for a while in GE with no specific goal in mind, and boy am I glad!

Posts like this just confuse me. What exactly are you expecting for Inno to have on sale? What price do you think they should be selling it for? Without this sale, how else are you going to get some of what's been offered? (Sunken Treasures, Tholos Upgrades) Why do you think companies have sales? Might it be to make money? You working for free, or you just sponging off mom and dad?
Now, if you're upset because you bought the Mystery Chest and don't like what you got, you're the one who chose to buy it. The odds are clearly published. If you didn't even buy it, then what are you griping about? There's going to be 23 other choices today.

Does the Tholos of Idols Upgrade work as a level 1 Tholos if you don’t already have one (like the graveyard kit) or upgrade only?

No. They are Upgrades, not Selection Kits. You'll need an existing level 1 to upgrade.

I don't understand this complaint. There have been several legitimate criticisms on this thread, but "I spend X diamonds for Y item, then after I spent X diamonds I got Y item" doesn't seem to be one of them. I could see being annoyed if the item you wanted never appeared, but the description said exactly what it is and you chose to push the "buy" button.

Is there anyway to see all the offers? This system where you get a random popup is just stupid. I thought I saw something I might want but I was mousing and the window closed before I could see exactly what the deal was.

My personal recommendation, is forget it and buy a couple Sunken Treasures instead. The Tholos is a good building, but only at a high level (8+). Even if a level 1 Tholos pops up later today, at 4x4, only being able to bring it to level 2 or 3, I wouldn't put it down in my city.Thanks.

I just bought one Tholos Upgrade in each of my two cities. That's only because for me, it takes each Tholos (still in inventory) from level 7 to level 8, which finally makes them worth placing, for me anyway.

I'm a little disappointed at the assortment of offers. The Tholos upgrade was good, even though I don't need it. The sunken treasure was good as well, but I didn't want them. However, seeing store buildings, medals, and reno kits is pretty lame. We can acquire these in so many different ways. I was hoping (and still am) that this event would be for screaming deals on things you can't normally get outside of an event or extreme luck.
Still holding out for the ship upgrade, bridge upgrade (even though I need 3 more still) and a maharaja's palace!

I think all the complaints are coming from guys who don’t read what is actually in the mystery chest. Which leads their intelligence level very close to elementary. No point to argue with them

We will never see expansions offered. Ever. This is the one thing that everyone has access to equally. If you stop hoping for them or worse expecting them to be offered, you won't be disappointed anymore.

Well, the Black Friday has been good for me so far! they actually had some things of real value, like Ship upgrades, renovation kits, medal packages, etc. I only wish I could have gotten more Ship and Tholos of Idols upgrades! I bought what was offered, but I still need more to upgrade to the highest level. Hoping they will be offered again sometime today. I would love to see the Black Tower appear! It's been expensive, but exciting so far----a real Black Friday!
